This guide explains how to manufacture the fume control unit we have designed for use on the injection moulding machine from Sustainable Design Studio.

This gives the instructions for making the many of the component parts and assembling the cabinet. It is accompanied by CAD files for use on a laser cutter and 3D printer to produce those components. Some parts have to be purchaased and some can be either 3D  printed or purchased.

This guide explains how to make your own soldering fume extraction unit, using a PC fan and some charcoal filter.

You will need access to a laser cutter.
