In the absence of CLEAPSS membership the employer, be it the governors or trustees, must consider how to fulfil aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Act and its subsequent regulations. This guide gives details of how joining CLEAPSS helps satisfy many of these regulations and a range of other benefits of membership.

The CLEAPSS Membership Charter sets out what Associate members can expect from CLEAPSS as well as outlining the conditions of membership. This document should be read in conjuction with the CLEAPSS Constitution and our guide to services, G001,  below.
